Personal Endorsements
Over the past 10 years that I have been associated with the Rick Via Ministries I have seen God work through this ministry in a powerful way. I have had the privilege of working with Bro. Rick both in Uganda and India. Bro. Rick is a Spirit-filled man that walks with God. He doesn’t just talk about evangelism, he practices it. God is using him all around the world to win people to Christ and to train pastors and leaders to disciple those who are committed to Christ. Rainbow Forest Baptist Church is proud to be a part of the Rick Via Ministries through prayer and also financially. We know that each penny is used to see men, women, boys and girls all across this globe come into a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Rick Via is one of the most gifted and exciting preachers of our day. He loves Jesus, and unashamedly shares Him with others at every opportunity. I have known Rick for [over] twenty years and have watched his life and ministry. It has been consistent and throughly Christ-like. Rick has been in our church on several occasions and each time we have been greatly blessed If you are seeking a dynamic harvest evangelist. I recommend Rick Via without hesitation.
One of the very best ministries is Rick Via World Reach Ministries. Without a doubt Rick and his family remain so very special to North Greenville University and me. We very much admire and appreciate their commitment to Jesus Christ. They are making a difference for Him by winning one soul at a time. After all, if just one more gets saved, it is worth our time and efforts. Many are accepting Jesus Christ through Rick Via World Reach Ministries. I can strongly recommend Rick Via to every person and that they are worthy of our support.
Book Endorsements “As a former President of the Southern Baptist Convention I am often asked to endorse a book, but I do not always agree to do so. In this case, I was eager to do it. Rick’s book, God Still Moves, will bless you. I also know the author as a man of integrity. So get his book – read it and be encouraged.” -- Bailey Smith, Evangelist/Former President of SBC, Atlanta, GA "Anything Rick Via writes comes from a warm heart and a sound mind. This is partly why God Still Moves is a book every Christian should read. It is a good combination of truth, humor, and inspiration."
"In his book, God Still Moves, Rick Via has given us a treasure house of encouraging thoughts built around personal illustration from his life and ministry. Short, concise, and easy to read, these words will bless and lift the spirit of all who read them." -- Evangelist Junior Hill, Hartselle, Alabama
“I love Rick Via for his enthusiasm in ministry and his anointed preaching. He had a successful church in Roanoke, Virginia, as well as having a great success in his crusades all over America and the world. Now he brings his ministry to life in the pages of this book. May God speak to you through this book as God has spoken to many people through Rick’s preaching of God’s Word.” -- Dr. Elmer L. Towns, Co-Founder, Liberty University, Dean, School of Religion, Lynchburg, Virginia
“If there is a better Missionary/Evangelist than Rick Via, I do not know him. Rick is the very best and his commitment to Jesus Christ is so very refreshing. Also, there is no one more capable and qualified to write a book about missions and evangelism than he. I hope that you will take the time to read this book and share it with others. Without a doubt God will work on your heart through it.” -- Dr. Jimmy Epting, President, North Greenville University, Tigerville, South Carolina
“I tell everyone that Rick Via is a thorough-going Jesus man. He reminds me of the little Jamaican chorus they sang in some of my meetings down there … ‘He's wrapped up, tied up, tangled up in Jesus …’ And it’s great to read of the testimonies of those whose lives he has seen God change.” -- Dr. Vander Warner, Jr., Author, Conference Speaker,
Former President of the Pastor’s Conference,
“I have had the privilege to travel around the world with Rick Via. His passion is contagious; his stories are inspiring and sometimes riveting. His impact will surely outlive him. His life is evidence that, “God Still Moves.” -- Vernon Brewer, Founder and President of World Help, Forest, Virginia
“Rick Via has a heart for God and a passion for the lost. God Still Moves reflects both. Read and be blessed.” -- Dr. Daniel L. Akin, President, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina |
