Rick Via Ministries is a non-profit mission organization committed to taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a world in need of hope. Since 1995, God has given us the opportunity to share the Gospel in over 40 foreign countries including some difficult areas such as Vietnam, Cuba, and Cambodia. We are dedicated to helping local churches be directly involved in short-term missions by training, planning, and leading their global mission efforts. In addition to international ministry, Rick Via preaches regularly in the U.S. leading revival meetings & missions conferences for churches and ministries. Rick is unapologetically committed to the inerrancy, infallibility, and authority of Scripture. He believes, lives by, loves and preaches the Bible, and it alone. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary and an honorary Doctorate of Theology from Mid-Atlantic Bible College.

Rick and his wife, Janet, have 5 grown children who are involved in ministry in one form or fashion. They are also the proud grandparents of 10 grandchildren.

Josh Via is a songwriter and worship leader from Raleigh, NC.  In 2007, Josh and his wife, Tasha, under the umbrella of Rick Via Ministries, launched Josh and Tasha Via Ministries, a non-profit worship ministry committed to declaring the glory and splendor of God through worship in local churches, Bible teaching/training, and evangelism both locally and internationally. Josh and Tasha have 3 children and are currently in the process of adopting from our orphanage in Uganda. Jacob Via is the newest addition to the Rick Via Ministries team. He serves as the Communications Director for Rick Via Ministries and is responsible for all things media, handling all the logistics for our ministry calendar, and planning mission trips. His role is crucial in the day-to-day operation of World Reach Partnerships. Jacob has a bachelor’s degree in media communications from North Greenville University and has years of experience in professional media and church media. Jacob and his wife Keesha have 3 children and live in Raleigh, NC.
